Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love your Mochie Paws order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached.
For hygiene reasons, apparel that has been worn by a pet and bowls or mats that have been used can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Contact us through the Contact page to start a return before sending anything back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (for example, a wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
