Welcome to Mochie Paws. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Mochie Paws ("we," "us," "our") sells pet products — including cat food, bowls, apparel, carriers, harnesses and leads, mats and accessories — directly to customers through this Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order with us.

3. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colors, materials and measurements accurately, but slight variations may occur, and colors can look different depending on your screen. Please check the size and measurements listed on each product page to choose the right fit for your pet. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Using our products safely

Please supervise your pet when using a new product, check items regularly for wear or damage, and stop using any item that is damaged. Follow the care and use guidance on the product page or packaging.

5. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider(s); we do not store your full card details. You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping and returns

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the Mochie Paws name, logo, product photography and text — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mochie Paws is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer protection law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
